So happy with my order!

Just received my new Insulin Cooling Bag and it's perfect! The quality is amazing, and it keeps my insulin cool for so long. This is exactly what I needed for my travels. I will definitely be shopping here again for more supplies, and I've already told my friend about this store!

Great value on bundle

I was looking for some new Diabetic Socks and saw they had a bundle with a Diabetic Foot Cream. The price for both together was really good, much better than buying them separately elsewhere. The free shipping over $50 helped too. It felt like a smart purchase and I got more for my money. Definitely worth it for budget-conscious shoppers.

Good quality, fast delivery

I ordered a set of Diabetic Socks and a Diabetes Travel Organizer last week. The ordering process on the website was straightforward and easy to navigate. My package arrived in 4 days, which was quicker than I expected for standard shipping to my address in Ohio. Both items were well-packaged and the quality of the socks felt good, soft but with good support. The travel organizer has several compartments which will be useful for keeping my supplies tidy. I had a quick question about tracking, and customer support responded within a few hours, which was helpful. Overall, a positive experience.

Mostly good, minor issue

I purchased a set of CGM Adhesive Patches and a Glucose Meter Case. The patches are quite effective and stayed on well during my workouts, which was a big plus. The meter case is also well-made and fits my device perfectly. Shipping took about a week to get to me in Florida, which was a little longer than I hoped, but not terrible. My only minor gripe is that the website could use a slightly clearer filter option for product compatibility, it took a bit of searching to confirm the patches worked with my specific sensor model. Overall, I'm satisfied with the value and quality of the products.

Needed a new pump belt

Got an Insulin Pump Belt from here. It's comfy and holds my pump securely, which is what I needed. Delivery was pretty quick, got it in about 4 days. Easy to order, no fuss. Happy with it.

Always reliable for supplies

This is my third time ordering from Glucology, and they're consistently great. This time I got some Fast Acting Glucochews and a new Insulin Pen Pouch. Just like my previous orders for CGM patches, everything arrived quickly and was exactly as described. I keep coming back because their products are always high quality and they ship pretty fast. It's good to have a dependable place for my diabetes supplies.

Anyone know if Glucology products are generally FSA/HSA eligible? Trying to use up some funds before they expire.

I Ivy Lindqvist 1 month ago
Pretty sure they are! I've used my FSA card for their socks and some of the cases without any issues. It's medical stuff, so it usually counts.

Yeah, most diabetes supplies usually are. I'd save your receipts just in case but I think you'll be good.

what's the deal with their return policy, especially on socks? I'm always nervous about buying clothes online if they don't fit right.

P Paula 2 months ago
I returned some diabetic socks that were a bit too snug last month, and it was surprisingly easy. Just followed the instructions on their site and got my refund. No hassles.

I think as long as they're unworn and still in their original packaging, it's fine. Most places are like that for hygiene stuff. Check their returns page, it's pretty clear there.

Hey guys, thinking about getting one of those insulin cooling bags for my summer trip. How long do they actually keep stuff cold for? Want to make sure it'll last on a long flight.

B Beth Kim 1 month ago
I have one of their bigger ones, took it on a 8-hour drive and everything was still super chilled when I got there. Really impressed.

Depends on the specific bag, some of the smaller ones are more for like a few hours, but the larger travel cases can last quite a while. I'd check the product details for the one you're looking at, it usually says there. I had a mini one for a day trip, worked fine.

Does Glucology ship pretty fast within the US? I need some patches kinda urgently for my new sensor. Wondering if I should just order from Amazon or wait for these.

E Elena Torres 2 months ago
Yeah, I've ordered a few times and it's always been pretty quick. Usually get my stuff within a few days, depending on where you are. I'm in California and it's usually 3-5 business days for me.

It's decent. Not like next-day prime fast, but usually within a week. I'd say if it's super urgent, check their estimated delivery or maybe pay for expedited if they have it.

Do their CGM patches work with both Dexcom and Libre sensors? Or are they specific to one brand? Trying to find something that sticks better than what comes in the box.

L Laura Kaur 2 months ago
I use them for my Dexcom G6 and they're awesome, stay on way longer than the original ones. My friend uses them with her Libre too, and says they're good.

I think they're designed to be pretty universal for most CGM sensors. I've seen people use them on both. They list compatibility on the product page usually.
